Louise and Sam make the perfect real estate team!  Louise’s engineering background helps to solve problems before they happen while finding the perfect home for you and getting your home ready to sell.  And Sam’s business expertise assists all aspects of the real estate transaction – especially with his negotiation and project management skills!

Sam and Louise have lived in western Wake County since 1999 and are very familiar with Cary, Apex and Raleigh as well as all the Triangle communities.

Sam has 15 years’ experience in Information Technology as a Senior Manager in Project Management and Personnel Management in addition to 7 years' as a financial planner and 6 years’ experience as a nuclear electrician for the U.S. Navy.  

And as an added plus, Sam has coached multiple youth sports (soccer, football, wrestling and basketball) for over a decade - making him your go to resource for youth sports!

Louise not only has been in real estate since 2005, she has trained and mentored new agents for 9 of those years. Louise began her career working in the nuclear engineer department for aircraft carrier refueling overhauls.  Then she had a drastic and rewarding career change - a stay at home mom for 10 years and 5 kids!  This unique background allows Louise to be ready for a multitude of situations and to understand the perspective of a variety of clients.
